If a ticketed event you have booked and paid a fee to attend is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a full refund.
You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event.
No refunds are issued for purchasing a ticket 'by mistake' unless you contact admin within 1 hour of your payment. All ticket purchases are 'timestamped'. (If an hour has elapsed after ticket purchase, a refund shall not be issued).
